Thank you for choosing I.MOSER sensorial for your fragrance experience. We are committed to delivering your handmade personal fragrances and home objects promptly and securely.
Many of our items are made to order. Unless otherwise stated in the item’s product information section, please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to ship/arrive. This allows us to ensure that each product meets our high-quality standards before it is shipped.

Currently shipping only within the United States. Please email imosersensorial@gmail.com for special requests.
Shipping Rates
Standard Flat Rate Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Issues with Shipping

Returns
Due to the nature of our handmade (often made to order) products, we do not currently take returns. All sales are final. If you receive any damaged goods due to transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
